Pet sitting is fast becoming more and more popular with owners realising that dogs shouldn’t be left on their own all day. They are pack animals and need just as much stimulation as we do. Dogs can get depressed, even getting a dog walker in once a day to relieve an hour of boredom will help your dog. An average dog will spend 8 hours asleep through the night, he gets breakfast in the morning and gets let out for a wee and poo. If he’s lucky he’ll gets a 20 min walk, then for another 8 hours he is left on his own while the owner is at work with nothing much to do but sleep again. Can you imagine how insane you would feel staring at the same thing day after day? Bring in the dog walkers; go for doggy day care a few hours, it doesn’t have to be all day. We can make arrangements to fit in with you and your dogs needs.
We can offer: Dog walking from £8.00 (30 mins) £10.50 (45 mins-1 hour) Extra dog from same family £5 House pop-ins (feeding cats so they don’t have to go into a cattery, giving medication etc) £6.00
Day Care (between 4 hours and 9 hours)In the heart of our home, Doggy Day Care fills our world with fun. Here your dog can spend the day playing with his friends, charging around after balls or chilling out in a cosy bed and being cuddled. We provide a fun, safe environment for dogs to play together, develop social skills and receive lots of love and attention.
Day care at our home from £12.50 between 4 hours and 9 hours £15.00 for more than 9 hours
Pet sitting in our own home (where the dog stays with us the duration of your time away) £17 per day £8 if dropped off after 5pm £8 if collected before 12noon £10 per extra dog
The prices may seem more than some kennels but please be aware the dogs are in our own home with no more than 2 other dogs, they are in the home environment rather than outside. We can keep their routine as close to the one they are used to, when they are at home with you. Much happier, much cleaner, much healthier. We require dogs to be vaccinated as we feel it’s an owners responsibility to vaccinate against illnesses like kennel cough, distemper, parvo etc. Dogs can catch these on walks, not just kennels. Some of these diseases can be fatal. If we have not seen the dog before we try to arrange a few hours to see if the dog settles. If dogs seem to panic or starts to urinate/defecate more than acceptable we may suggest another visit or try something else. |
